Louisville voters, read this!

Important info you will need!

When you vote in the primary, you will notice a new section on your ballot: the non-partisan races. In the past, mayor and council members were listed with their party by their name. But not now!

Repubs made those races non-partisan in hopes that they would flip to Republican. If you want them to remain in Democratic hands, you HAVE to know the party of the people on the ballot.

So, Louisville Dems did two things:

  • They put together an excellent online tool for you to see the ballot for YOUR location in the city, with all the candidates and their party listed. You can go here to use that tool.
  • And, they made a great flyer that explains all of this, which I have reproduced below.

So, when you go to the polls,
BE PREPARED!
