The anti-trafficking group World Without Exploitation has taken out several billboards in the Northern Kentucky region admonishing leaders to release the Epstein files.
The move comes amid a broader national push from the group to release files (U.S. Department of Justice documents related to the late sex trafficker Jeffrey Epstein), as well as the impending vote on NKY Congressman Thomas Massie’s discharge petition to release the files.
“We’re calling on our members of Congress to please show the leadership, humanity and courage the American people deserve,” said Lauren Hersh, national director of World Without Exploitation. “This isn’t about the bold names dominating headlines – like Jeffrey Epstein, Ghislaine Maxwell or their accomplices. Rather, this moment belongs to the survivors, who are demanding justice and access to the information that’s haunted their lives for decades. We hope our elected officials courageously stand in a bi-partisan, non-partisan fashion with these brave women and their constituents, who want transparency and justice.”
LINK nky is aware of at least one billboard located by exit 4 off I-471, heading toward Bellevue and Newport. World Without Exploitation told LINK nky they have installed others throughout Massie’s district, which includes all of Boone, Kenton and Campbell Counties. The board read: “Courage is Contagious. Release ALL the Epstein Files.”
“This is not a political issue, but rather a crime,” said Liz Stein, an Epstein-Maxwell survivor and policy expert. “Those of us directly impacted and harmed by the crimes of Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell deserve justice and for the world to know our story. It’s time for real accountability and true transparency. I hope our elected leaders show the courage to stand with survivors and join the call for the full release of the Epstein Files.”
